Services
DaDesktop can be provided from a NobleProg Data Centre within the EU using:
- NobleProg hosted shared servers
- NobleProg hosted private servers
- DaDesktop can also be supplied as an “on-premise” cloud service
We collect and use personal data only to the extent necessary to provide our services to you, or for the legitimate purposes identified in this privacy policy. It is important to note that there are substantial differences in the collection and storage of data dependant on what hosting service is selected.
NobleProg hosted public server
This is hosted within a NobleProg data centre (within the EU - GDPR compliant). It is a shared server for NobleProg clients and can be accessed by NobleProg.
If you choose server located outside the EU, local law may apply. UK based customer data is retained in the UK.
NobleProg hosted private server
This is hosted within a NobleProg data centre (within the EU). It is a dedicated server for one organisation and no other organisation will use the hardware.
If you choose server located outside the EU, local law may apply.
On premise server
The server will be located on the organisation’s premises. The software is installed on the server and all data remains within that organisation’s complete control.

Technical Support
If you contact us for technical support, you have to provide some personal data which may include your name, your employer, email address, phone number, time zone, and reason for requiring support. We use the support data to help solve your problem and to better understand the types of problems our users have. All technical support is provided within NobleProg.
